Cancellation Policy

Tonsure Hair Design is a boutique salon with minimal resources. With this in mind, we respectfully ask you to provide us with 48 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling of any appointment, preferably by phoning 3216 4334. As a small business, we have only a limited number of bookings available, so this cancellation period, it gives us the opportunity to fill your vacated spot. If you cancel with late notice, or simply do not turn up at all, this significantly impacts us and inconveniences our other clients, who we may have had to turn away. We hope you understand our policy, as a way of being fair to everyone.

Though Tonsure Hair Design understands circumstances can change and there are expectations to every rule – for instance: when you are ill or have an emergency – however late cancellations and rescheduling, may result in a $50 charge to your next appointment.

Multiple changes to your appointments, within 48 hours, may result in a $100 non-refundable fee charged when making your appointment.

For new colour clients, large colour appointments and Keratin Treatments, we ask for a $100 non-refundable fee to be paid at the time of confirmation.

This will be deducted from the cost of your appointment. If you re-schedule or cancel this appointment within 48 hours, you will lose this fee and will be required to pay another fee to schedule your next appointment.
